I took a trip today to have lunch and hang out with my one of my favorite people from college. Katie is one of those friends who just makes life better. She got married last October and moved to Nashville in December... And I hadn't seen her since, until today! For my last 3 years of college, Katie and I met every Friday for breakfast. Her last semester (my next to last) she was engaged and living by herself across the street from me. It was awesome to have a special friend so close-- to see several times a week. It's been tough going from seeing her at least once a week to just phone calls for several months!



It was so wonderful to she where she is living now and to visit with her. She and her husband Ryan have a BEAUTIFUL house and amazing land... I am looking forward to a longer visit sometime!







While I was driving back home, I saw a gorgeous sunset. I'm lucky I got a picture of it considering I was taking the picture without taking my eyes off the road...
