Happy Birthday...

...to me :-)

Wow, what a great week. Yep, week! Fortunately, we (and by we, I mean me, haha) like to celebrate my birthday for at least a week around here. Unfortunately, that means a LOT of food haha. Last Wednesday, Mary took me to a yummy lunch... It was soo good catching up with you! That evening, Jen took me to dinner.

Thursday (actually my birthday) I went to lunch with Mama Judy and Mrs. Ruth at Shogun. Ok, let me just tell you... The cooker-man looked at the 3 of us and said with a big smile, "Ooh! Three generations?" Um, not quite! Haha. Too funny.

Thursday night, Richard and Judy took me to Aspen's... Oh. My. Goodness. It was such a yummy dinner!! And, of course, I had so much fun with them. The icing on the cake (if you will) was when the waitress brought out a little birthday surprise for me... For starters, it was a tiramissou, which is one of my favorite desserts... And second of all, written in pretty chocolate icing around the plate was, "Happy Birthday" (at the top) and "23rd" at the bottom... only, as I looked it it, something didn't seem just right. After a few bites, I realized why it didn't quite look right... Let's see if you can figure out what made me make a "priceless" face and start cracking up laughing...

Thursday night, I headed home to spend the weekend with my family... It is always good being home. Mom and Dad got me some great stuff... The things I am most excited about...

Wii Active! (Yay, I get to add something new to my work out regiment and work off a week of birthday lunches/dinners...and breakfasts, too!)

Sorry for the crummy pictures-- I took them on my phone... But hopefully you get the idea. :-) Richard told me a story about his 23rd birthday being memorable... Well, mine sure was, too! What more could a girl ask for? Thanks everyone for making it a special week. (PS- I got another present today from Susan, so we're still celebrating!!)
